Tim Sowell, Owner and Licensed General Contractor, leads the company with nearly four decades of hands-on construction experience—including rebuilding efforts after Hurricane Michael in the region he calls home.

Tim strives to maintain a working environment where employees flourish and clients’ projects are completed to the highest standards. His goal is to be an example of godly character so that successful relationships can be forged and fostered amongst his staff, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
RICH MCCLATCHY
ESTIMATOR | PROJECT MANAGER
Rich meets with clients and project collaborators to determine planning and design, materials lists, and cost estimates for each project. As a project moves forward, he continues to participate by remaining the main contact, as well as maintaining our project management software, which is crucial to communication. He also ensures that projects are continued, and completed, on budget.

ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT
Erick works side by side with Nathan to be sure that all projects are completed to Sowell Construction standards.
NATHAN BURKE
SUPERINTENDENT
Nathan is responsible for overall project management and ensuring that activities on each construction site go according to project plans. This includes coordinating subcontractors, timeliness and quality control, safety checks, and providing on-site direction.
EMILY SOWELL
BOOKKEEPER
Emily is responsible for managing the movement of money, and classifying all transactions in the accounts of Sowell Construction. She is also the daughter of Tim Sowell, owner and CEO.
